FAQs

Are the sessions one-on-one?

In general, all Little Spartans sessions are run one-on-one. This allows us to completely individualise each session to suit the needs of the participant and achieve the best results possible.

What is covered during a consultation?

All students looking to commence a Little Spartan’s program will begin with an Initial Consultation. This is an opportunity to discuss interests, undertake goal setting and a good chance for the student to see the gym space for themselves.

Can I use my NDIS Funding for this service?

Yes! While we aren’t a registered NDIS Provider, as an Exercise Physiology Service, participants can utilise their allocated funding for our classes.

How long are the Exercise Physiology sessions?

Due to the high intensity nature of the activity, 30 minutes is long enough for most students. If suitable, we can certainly extend session duration.

Are their any age restrictions?

While the majority of our student base are school-aged participants, we can adapt and modify our program to suit participants of any age. The best way to know if you’re student will suit and enjoy our program is to book them in for a consultation with us.

How are sessions paid for?

Sessions are able to be paid via Eftpos on the day of the session, or, can be invoiced out post-session if required.
